Prices per week or period

The booking is valid only after the receiving of the earnest.The prices are in Euro and are indicated per apartment.

• Arrival: between 16:00 and 20:00
• Departure: by and not after 10:00

• The prices include: rent, electricity, heating, SAT TV color, park lot, wellness center, gym, bed and bathroom linen, bikes and e-bikes
• Change of linen/towels: on request per person; € 12,00 for the complete set; € 5,00 bath towels only; € 2,00 large towel for relax area.
• Final cleaning: included in the price. If the kitchen is not tidy and in order, € 50,00 supplement.
• Small-sized pets: admitted on request; € 50,00.
• Extra bed: € 100,00.
• Cot: 0-3 ys. old on request, with bed linen included € 30,00.
• Laundry: with Euro.
• Internet: free wi-fi.

Deposit: € 100,00 to be given at the arrival; it will be returned at the departure, after the delivery of the keys and the check of the apartment, but not in case of refund due to any possible damage.

Earnest: 30% for the booking, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

Settlement: at the arrival.
